Review: I placed an order for a football ticket save the date magnet for our upcoming wedding reception from this site. I began working through email with a woman named [redacted] and over the course of 2 months finally she sent me a final proof for ordering! It took days even over a week to get responses during the proofing process then once I finally got the last proof I emailed back IMMEDIATELY to place my order. I never heard back from her though and now it's been over 2 weeks so we've had to start all over again with another company and the party is just around the corner! I've emailed on their [redacted] and directly to their website. I've also called and left numerous messages, none of them even remotely upset by the way, I was soo excited to order these and now I'm heartbroken that I won't be getting them. I haven't heard from anyone at the company since [redacted] when they emailed the final proof for approval.Desired Settlement: I just want to make sure this doesn't happen to another bride! This company claims to be ran by [redacted] but they obviously don't care about their customers.
