I purchased a Kelsey Activity Table from Costco.ca in April 2013 and the table top was showing a lot of wear from regular use, even following care instructions.

August 20, 2013 - Emailed photos and proof of purchase.

August 23, 2013 - Was informed by [redacted] (Chief Operations Officer) that replacements were currently out of stock, but they will be back in stock by beginning of September and to send shipping information and one one would be sent as soon as they are back in stock.

August 23, 2013 - Sent my shipping information as requested.

October 3, 2013 - Re-sent my shipping information as I hadn't heard anything back.

October 4, 2013 - [redacted] said he would have the warehouse team process a table right away and it should ship within 1-2 business days. He said he would respond with tracking information once the package had shipped.

October 21, 2013 - I hadn't received anything so emailed again

October 23, 2013 - [redacted] said he would look into it personally and get back to me ASAP.

November 14, 2013 - Again, I hadn't heard anything so emailed again asking for an update.

December 5, 2013 - Still hadn't heard so emailed again asking for an update.

Since then, I have tried phoning but have been unable to speak to anyone directly, and messages are not being returned.
