I purchased washes for the Circle K car wash located on the east corner of 130th and Lagrange(there are two there, so I am just making sure I indicate the correct one) Long story short, I have been washing my car here for a very long time because it is the only touchless car wash in the area I have taken both my cars here for many years, and never had an issue Well, I had tried to wash my car here for several weeks, and the machine was down and being replaced which I found out later I finally went to get my car washed on 12/24/and saw that the wash was not touchless anymore I went inside and spoke to a gentleman about a refund, and was advised there was a touchless wash I am extremely careful with my car as I am not rich and I take very good care of my belonging so they last long Anyways, I asked the gentleman to refund or replace my washes He said he was the general manager, and would give me back dollars, and was really rude and unprofessionalFinally, he agree
