IC Systems claims I owe a debt from [redacted] bill from July of 2013. Spoken to [redacted], they told me my balance is at 0 DOLLARS (zero)
IC SYSTEMS has been contacting me at absurd times before 8:00 am and while I am at work. THey have been harassing me saying I owe a debt to [redacted]. I've contacted [redacted] and they have told me that I have a balance of ZERO with them. Meaning I don't owe them anything. When asking what the debt was for, IC systems could not give me any information on what I was actually paying for. They couldn't give me a itemized bill, nor would they tell me what the bill was for. I asked to speak to a supervisor and then the rep from IC Systems just hung up on me. They called me again and told me the debt was for when I ended my services with [redacted] on July 2013. I received a final letter from [redacted] on July 2013 and was told by a [redacted] Rep that I owed nothing to them since i've already turned in all my equipment and paid my final bill. I do not know where IC systems is getting their information but I do not owe anything to [redacted].
