I C System, Inc. (Headquarters) Reviews (9)

This company is trying to collect a debt that there was services not rendered with the company that my child was never enrolled in. I disputed the claim after I got a response back from the Revdex.com and then they sent in another collections notice in the mail. I am contacting all my state assemblymen because I officially disputed the charges against the company they are collecting the debt from back in December of 2014 by email and phone. The company neglected to contact me and sent it to collections. This is not a way for a company to do business with individuals.

This company calls my home phone 6-10 times a day. I have asked them to stop calling but the calls still come in. To me it is boarder line harassment!

I found the numbers for your company on a credit report and I wish to know the business you represent please. Account number 54771351001

IC Systems started calling me several months ago because AT&T had referred an account to them. Long story short, the whole problem was that AT&T had made a mistake when I asked them to install service in my house, told me they would credit my account, then forgot to do that and referred me to collections instead. The person at IC Systems gave me clear, step-by-step instructions for how to dispute the charge and said that once I did that they would send it back to AT&T to resolve it. I never heard back after that, so I called them today to follow up. They told me that AT&T had finally taken care of the account, now I owe nothing, and they never reported anything to credit bureaus about this. So, problem solved exactly how it should have been. IC Systems was fine to work with, AT&T much less so.

I am very disappointed with this company. AT&T referred a settled account from identity theft to this place. The only numbers they provide have robo voices asking for a telephone number they called you on and provide no human alternatives for other issues besides getting a payment from you. The staff does not have all of the account information, nor do they note important content given them such as not calling during specific hours or not continuing to call until they have provided you with [in my case] a FAX number to send POA paperwork]. AT&T is setting itself up for a class action suit as this is their attempt to bully customers into paying accounts that are invalid and or previously settled at the home company. This is my negative opinion of this business and its procedures.

Rep spoken to: "[redacted]" (unsure of the spelling up their name)
Reason: calling for settlement offer
She was very polite and the whole conversation and task went very smooth. She asked for my information to view my account. It was given. She told me my balance and I simply asked for an settlement offer. She gave one, and set up for payment. She Gave appropriate information as to what to include and were to send the payment. asked about credit report issues after the account was settled. She assured me the report would be updated after payment and after 30 days I would have to file a dispute to the credit bureau for total removal .
I am very pleased by the service I received from this individual.

I was reviewing my credit report and found this company listed for a legitimate debt that I owed. I called and spoke to someone immediately. The representative was courteous, knowledgable, answered my questions, and gave me choices to resolve my financial situation.

This business has called my work number once daily for over a week. It wasn't until today (Feb. 6, 2015) that I was available to answer. A gentleman asked if I am (name), when I confirmed ny name he transferred to a female. She again asked if I am(name) living at (address). I said "That's my name but not my address." She then disconnected the phone. I called back and got the phone number. I've seen on the internet that this is a collection agency. If true, they are obligated by law to identify themselves on caller ID - they don't. They are also obligated by law to identify themselves on the phone - they didn't. This company is flaunting the law with their despicable business practices. They need to be stopped.

Spoken to rep: [redacted]
Reason: Revised settlement offer
Conclusion: Offer not revised/ Adjusted
When answering the phone, she did not introduce herself. 2 minutes later AFTER she asked / looked my account she announced who she was said the usual slogan about the attempt to collect a debt. I asked her about a specific account and if I could adjust the settlement amount, she informed me that the company could not adjust the original amount and it would be due on the date specified.
She then asked me several times about another account, in which I told her several times that I was not calling to resolve that account but the one I called about to adjust. She THEN still proceeded to ask me personal questions about my financial situation and why I could not pay thee other account. Which again I had to explain to her that, that account was not the one I was calling about. She then acted confused an asked what was I asking about, an I politely told her what I originally called for, what I wanted, and what she got off topic about. Which she then just repeated what she said regarding the original account and we said our goodbyes.
Understandable you are doing your job regarding the asking of additional accounts owed, but there isn't any need to ask about someones' personal financial gain or losses if that is not what they are calling about.
