Ordered a wedding cake from this company We ordered a cake that is moist, but it was dry and tasteless Most of the cake was thrown away by the wedding guest, and the reviews from the all guests were negative They say it was the worst cake they ever tested One of the guest say that it was so day, it was like eating sand We request that since the cake was for looks only and not for eating, if we could pay 1/the price, The company President say no, that we need to pay the full price that we promise to pay I don't mind paying full price for the cake if it was eaten by the guest But to pay full price for the cake that most of it was thrown away, now, I have problem with that

The pastry and cakes are exceptional There is no hesitation in recommending this company for anyone who desire fabulous tasting, exquisite appearance, and super service The cakes are perfect for any wedding Great focus is apparent, and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of this business There are customers who maybe would state differently, but if a customer is truly honest, sincere, and holds true to understanding quality and is not one to target others only to gain for self-interests, then one will without hesitation and with great pleasure see the spectacular cakes that are produced I will use this company without delay for its wonderful cakes for any occasion

*** of iBean Coffee crafted a marvelously delicious groom's cake for our recent family weddingIn fact, the groom's very words were: "This is the best d**n chocolate cake I've had in my life." Our only regret is that we didn't order a larger cake than we did! Not that ***'s cake was too small for the number of servings we wanted, we just miscalculated how many servings would be good to ask for so that we'd have as much left over afterward as we wanted

I have been to several parties that have had cakes made by [redacted]. They were uniquely decorated to fit the occasion, they were moist with wonderful smooth fillings, and extremely delicious. I would highly recommend his cake service.

I also would like to comment on the I Bean Coffee. I was not a steady coffee drinker until I tasted I Bean coffee. Coffee always seemed to havea bitter after taste to me but I have not experienced that with this coffee. It has now become my coffee of choice and I like to start my day now with I Bean Coffee.

We have had[redacted] of I Bean Coffee make two specialty cakes for us in the last year. These cakes both were above and beyond your average cake. They not only were great tasting but they care and maticulous detail he put into each left us in awe. [redacted] love and passion for what he puts into his cakes is seen and appreciated from first bite. We have also had several of his coffee roasts. so far our favorite is the Italiano that was bold with flavor and smooth. A great way to start a day!

I have had [redacted] bake cakes for many occasions: Mother's Day, Birthdays, Easter, etc. Each cake that he has made has been beautifully decorated, unique to the occasion, and has tasted out of this world! [redacted] is my 'go to guy' for that special cake and my guests always rave about them. Thank you [redacted]!

No complaint here...rather some praise. iBean provided wedding cakes for my daughters wedding. Several cake flavors, each of which were moist and delicious. Each filled with special custards and fillings, all topped with a fabulous butter cream. All of our guests raved about the cakes. Had some left over and the remains were devoured the next day.
