Review: I went last week to get my hair done at this place of business and not only did the person that was doing my hair not seem to know what she was doing, as she did the wrong type of braid for the service I was getting done (which was a partial sew in and she assumed it was a wig even after I told her what I wanted and even though I made an appointment requesting a partial sew in. I was in incredible pain for 4 days, at which time I could no longer take it and took the hair out myself since I was out of town and unable to go back. My scalp was riddled with these painful red bumps and some of them were bleeding as she stabbed me several times with the needle. I went back to speak to the owner and asked to speak with her privately, and she refused to speak with me privately, making me explain the situation in front of the entire salon and showing them my scalp and then refused to give me a refund stating the only thing she could do is redo the hair herself. I felt extremely uncomfortable and felt as if the situation could have been handled with more tact on the end of the business owner and I feel as if I deserve a refund for the faulty services and poor customer serviceDesired Settlement: I would like a refund as the services were poorly performed and I was in pain as a direct result of the business
