I was in there last Saturday and spoke face to face with you about my Ford Edge I bought from your dealership on 12/1 and the amount of problems I've been having. While I was there, you told me you wanted to make it right, but your employees are continuing to not reply about fixing my sunroof...
that was broken the day I bought it. Kerry from AZ sun tops contacted Bryan on Tuesday and Wednesday about my sunroof after you asked me to have him call your company, and once again, Bryan has yet to return a call. This is the same problem I ran into with him before. Please contact Kerry ASAP so this can be resolved, I do not want Bryan involved anymore, he do not respond to anything doing with my car. I'd also like to figure our reimbursement for the repairs and rental car costs I've accumulated that we spoke about that you said you wanted to make right. I can email all of you those invoices. Thank you for your prompt attention to this,
My wife and I bought a van from this company, I will admit I did not do the homework needed before purchasing but my intention is to help the future buyer from purchasing a lemon. the van I bought drove fine for the first week but now the van check light is on indicating a transmission problem. I spoke with both owner of company and they refuse to fix or even help fix the issue. I had multiple conversations with the brothers and they were nothing but rude and condescending. Under the Arizona lemon law, your used car is covered for the first 15 days or 500 miles after your purchase, whichever comes first.
If your car breaks during this period, you'll need to contact the manufacturer or an authorized dealer. You may be required to pay up to $25 for the first 2 repairs required. now mind you my van has not broke down YET and I am paying out of pocket to fix with out fast and furious help but my intention is to help the next guy with this review. do a through inspection on the vehicle by your own mechanic not one from firestone they recommend.
My wife is recovering from cancer and needed reliable transportation. [redacted] falsely advertised a used Toyota Camry as "very reliable and has always been very well maintained". When we first met, he verbally stated he had all service records, and provided none. There were two emission tests performed within 90 days because [redacted] never checked the glove box! We have had nothing but problems. After our purchase, he was unable to get us a working key fob (remote), then the shop mechanics we went to pointed out all types of issues. When we purchased this car, [redacted] just had new [redacted] tires put on, telling [redacted] (we were told by another [redacted] dealership) to "just put the tires on and don't test or inspect anything". The alignment was shot! There are no licensed mechanics at Fast and Furious LLC. He gave us two (2) different stock numbers (tags) to the same vehicle! There was an “after-market” alarm system on this vehicle when purchased, with no manuals or key fob, that appears to be creating a signal conflict with the Toyota programming. He promises to resolve all issues, and does nothing. We have receipts well over $700 that have been spent out-of-pocket, not including a needed exterior paint job. We would like to warn other potential buyers to beware since flipping cars is what they do best! Our last communication was an unprovoked telephone call from [redacted] on 6/26/2014 at 6:37am screaming at me stating: "I am done with you. You bought a used car". The only good thing here is he claims he paid the sales tax after we purchased the vehicle.
