The original estimate or repair order that customer signed for is $770.48 the 45k service itself is $tires where additional $dollarsCustomer was confused on price signed estimate reflects different

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have heard this answer so many times before. When I visited to the store, they only perfunctory answered my follow up questions that " transaction has been cancelled and refund...

was in process, just go home have checked your monthly statement next month." I have been waited for more than half year, they all are liars , becasue I tried to ask them to give me the evidence or approval letter to show when the refund transaction would be done or asked for the deadline, they never provide, and always said their accountant is very busy or on vacation. Any they always found another excuses to push me out the store, every time said they are doing, but acutally they are not. I need to see that refund approval letter and refund me back immediately by a check. They should pay compensation for my time and mental loss, and tell them Chinese is not their stupid customer and their cheating target.
