I turned my car in to the service shop for a repair. After a couple of hours the service shop called and said I was 16000 miles past a service involving the fuel tank air filter and would I like to have it replace for $190. I looked it up in the owners manual and the service didn't exist. In fact the owners manual specifically said there wasn't a particular service for that part. They blatantly lied about this.

There was no need to go to the Revdex.com for a cancellation request.  Customer just has to come to the dealership and sign the proper forms to cancel the Maintenance Agreement.  The prorated amount will be refunded to the Lender.  If there isn't a lender it will be issued to the...

customer.  Chula Vista isn't 70+ miles away.  Its approximately half that distance. This course of action was completely unnecessary and misuse of The Revdex.com.Thank you,
