I am rejecting this response because: My Insurance company sent the claims adjuster in two separate occasions and at both times the claims adjuster said the repairs were poorly adressed and incomplete in following the owners manuel specifications. Also the claims adjuster was shocked that the 2009 Genesis has been in the Hyundai repair shop and is still ongoing in the repairs department going on now for 8 months. When it should have taken two weeks tops. I am 72 years young and I still pay for my car payments and insurance which the vehicle is still in the hands of the Hyundai dealership. The general manager has complicated many issues, and has been untrue in his reports to me and my insurance company. I have prepared a package equal to the one I sent you, and I first spoke to an attorney about my situation, He says this a great case, and he would love to take it, but he said I should wait to see if all parties are willing to cooperate. The Hartford Insurance is willing to cooperate, But The Hyundai Dealership and Rays Body shop are not. They all are directly involved in this situation. I have been told from my Insurance company that they
are trying to find a resolution for this problem but my nerves are in a wreck and all this makes me sick, I finally found the owneof the company of the Hyundai Dealership and I will adress this issue promply by next week. I Am ready to take this to the next level. If I they do not take care of me to my satisfaction.

limited availability of the wiring harness, the insurance company stated they would communicate a different option to Ms. [redacted]. We are willing to assist, in order to keep our already stellar satisfaction indices in order. I apologize for not being able to offer a new 2015 Genesis, but will remain vigilant that all parties involved be justly treated. Thank you for keeping awareness of issues first and foremost.
