Hyundai of Cookeville

I went to Cookeville Hyundai Sat. Nov. 31 2015 to get my tire fixed. I took my paper work with me.When my husband and I got the 2015 Sonata we ask for everything to be covered and was told it was.
We bought it from Glenn Z[redacted] Sales Associate but when I checked about getting my tire fixed he told me that that was not covered because we didn't buy it to cover the tires. I ask him what does everything to be covered mean if it doesn't cover everything. I was told they could not fix it that I would have to buy a new tire. Glenn was very rude and would not stop trying to cover his butt and let me say anything.
I ask him to let me talk a minute and he still would not shut up and let me say anything. You could tell he knew he was wrong. He was yelling at me outside. I told him he had lied. Before my husband signed the papers we ask if everything was covered and he said yes everything except the windshield because our car insurance overs that. He also said if we sent anybody to buy a car from them that we would receive $50.00 dollars that has yet been seen. We sent a friend and they bought a new Hyundai the next month and gave them our name.
He was the worst sales associate that I have ever dealt with. What ever you do make sure you don't let GLENN Z[redacted] sale you a car. He flat out lied to us.
Make sure not to believe them READ every word before you sign they will tell you anything to sale a car. I would get rid of this guy.
