Hytek Hosting

Review: I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and would purchase annual plans with my credit card for hosting for my website. The website I purchased hosting for went inactive in 2011 and since that time I cancelled its hosting and domain (domain was purchased through [redacted] who I have had no issues with). I received a voicemail out of the blue this morning stating that I owed $46 for my renewal in October because I was on a recurring renewal plan. Then throughout the day I received 5+ emails from the company saying I needed to pay or they would contact a collections company, even after I stated requested to have a supervisor call me so that we could resolve this issue and that any further email communication would be considered harassment. They refuse to acknowledge that I cancelled my contract, or to accept that I would now like to cancel. They refuse to call me over the phone, and they do not answer their phone when I call to try to resolve the issue. Hytek Hosting insists that I pay for another year PLUS a late fee. They have communicated about this issue terribly and are resorting to scare tactics and harassment to try to get me on the hook for another year.Desired Settlement: Send me an email stating that my account has been cancelled and that no further payment is required.
