Hypnotherapy of San Diego

Review: I had treatments by[redacted] of San Diego Hypnotherapy and asked several times for the invoices to send to my Flex Plan provider. Lauren will not answer my emails, texts or calls for over 2 months. She is completely unresponsiveDesired Settlement: The full detailed invoicing for the sessions I had with her.

Review: First of all...the new address for this business is : [redacted] I had an initial hypnotherapy session with the owner, [redacted], after which I felt neutral about the session. Did not know if it helped or not. Nevertheless,, foolishly, I purchased 3 additional telephone sessions for $200. After a few days, I decided this was not going to help my situation so I asked to be refunded.

At first, [redacted] was compliant and was going to refund my money. After several more e-mails on my part and seeing that the refund was not forthcoming, I wrote again. [redacted] replied that, in fact, she could not refund because her policy was cancellation only up to 48 hrs after purchase. Obviously, this was never explained to me or else I would have never purchased these sessions in the first place.

This took place in April and May 2014 and afte a while [redacted] just stopped responding to phone calls and e-mails.

I feel that potential consumers should be made aware of her less-than-honest practices so they can decide accordingly whether to use her services or not.Desired Settlement: [redacted] is to refund my $200 to which she has no right.
