As far as the issues with installer, his name is *** *** *** he is an Independent Contractor, one which we work withHe quoted them once for the jobNo matter how many times he goes there the job is $total, the price has not changed! He has not made any extra trip due to usAnd that was stated to me from himThis is what he stated to our employee ***He has been there 5x 1. Prep walls & grind floor and install floor tile 2. Tile walls chair rail height 3. Grout 4. Prep upper wall: as customer has added additional wall space (higher top of shower and prep front of tub also additional) 5. Tile upper wall, but *** forgot to pick up additional tile needed to complete jobStill needing to return and finish for the same price6. *** has quoted them backsplash work for their camp for $ C. As far as having extra boxes of tile that a good thing, as all installers have waste and a different amount of wasteD. The part where she says we didn’t or we missed ordered, no that is a LIE she changed the design of the shower needing extra bull nose for tub surround, and that was after the change in the shower walls which also needed extra tile and bullnoseE. As far as the vanity goes, we did refund him, as he stated that it was damaged*** *** assisted him with the install of that and he stated to us, that it was too big for the bathroom and that *** really needs a 30” not a 36” vanity and that Mr*** *** damaged it trying to force it into a space to smallF. We refunded it, as my vendor will take back damaged goodsOn the knobs we do not stock those knobs, but we do stock others, so we are hoping to be able to sell them at some pointG. On the vanity top, well they ordered a Special order vanity and Special order granite top too big for their bathroomThat is not Sherm Arnolds faultWe have gone above and beyond our responsibilityWe will not refund the granite top as it is unsellable to usThey however are capable of having it resized to fit their new smaller vanityWhich they purchased elsewhereH. When Mrs*** came into the Store and talked with *** the Owner, he offered the Store model that was just the right size for themIt was in mint condition as it was a new modelAnd at that time he only stated he would refund the vanityNot even the knobsBut our employee made the mistake and refunded the knobs as wellI. As our Customer Service, we have gone above and beyond for the ***’s as we do for all of our customers As you can see, Mrs*** is trying to get us to compensate for her husband’s mistakes
