Two other AC Repair companys come today and said I needed a new AC System Brendan showed up, changed a fuse! and now I have Cold AC! Honest and Trustworthy! Very polite and to the point on showing me about my AC System I highly recommend One Hour AC

I have my air conditioner checked every six months and have been satisfied every time I just had it done and Antonio C was the one to serviceHe did a great job, checking everythingHe was very polite and informantive and made sure he put on his booties before coming into the house

Back on 2/27/the One Hour Air technician came to do the required maintenance via the warranty on the condenser and handler I bought earlier from them He showed me where I had mildew present inside the handler I said can we spray it with something to keep it from coming back He said no I needed an Ultra UV light which keeps it from coming back I have lived in this house since and never had that problem until I bought this unit from them I asked how much the light was and he said around $ I couldn't afford it so I told him I would have to get it done another time Over the next few days I called around and talked to other companies I found I could get the exact same light installed for $ Needless to say, I transferred my warranty and business to that company!

Justin [redacted] was familiar and comfortable working in our building and our introduction was great He was very thorough about setting expectations and listening to my concerns and thought about potential solutions After his assessment, [redacted] provided options and introduced how the Service Plan could provide long term value Once the problem was identified, options provided and a decision made, [redacted] took no time to replace the two parts that needed replacing [redacted] is courteous, loves dogs, sets expectations and give customers honest options He's a great addition to the One Hour Air team!

Bear and Wilson *** were very sweet, exceptional service providers They were very kind and efficient workers They fully explained everything that was going on with my system They even found an unknown problem I greatly appreciated their companionship and compassion for not only my, but my family as well
I would recommend either of these two techs to anyone who would need their services Their knowledge and ability to explain in simple details is rewarding to experience I hope that these two guys will always be around for any future services I may need

Santos S, HVAC Technician, did an excellent and thorough maintenance on my A/C unit Santos was thorough, courteous and very knowledgeable regarding maintenance on the Air Handler and outside on the condenser I would recommend Santos for A/C maintenance

Daniel Gprovided quick and thorough repair of my air conditioning unit He determined the cause of the failure and repaired it quickly He evaluated the system and described potential future concerns of which I should be aware He was neat and left the area in the same condition in which he found it I was quite pleased with the outcome
