Ordered The Wizard, a trading tool, from a webinar produced by thewizard.com. The purchase had a full refund guarantee within 7 days. I went through the materials, worked with the tool, and decided the product was not useful to me. I opened support ticket #XXXXXX requesting a refund. I ordered the product on XX-XX-XX and submitted the refund request on 02-04-19, within the 7 day period to request the refund.
The support ticket was acknowledged. I received an email from the owner, ***, 02-05-19, stating the request had been received and the refund was in process and would appear on my account within 24 hours.
Today is 04-17-19, I still do have the refund. I have continued the correspondence concerning the refund without any results.
Opened a new support ticket today, #XXXXXX.
I don't expect any results. I need help in getting this refund of $1999.00.
I am including the correspondence relating to this issue.
I hope you can assist me in getting the refund. Seems to me like they are ignoring me, hoping I will let the matter drop.
