Review: Cannot be contacted. I have left numerous messages on their voice mail and have not been contacted. Ray M[redacted] (Co. Founder) picked up my carpet to clean and has never contacted me regarding an invoice.He told me he would e-mail me with the bill and let me know about winter storage. I have not received and e-mail or a call back.Desired Settlement: I want to know I will be getting my carpet back and what the amount of the bill.
