Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The color does not match what is shown on websiteThe color isn't even close regardless of you stating what's on the websiteIt doesn't even come close to the picture that was sent along with my order If the colors are going to vary substantially from your color chart, then you should not be making flasks in different colors.
If a customer paints his car a light red Then it shows up as Peach Would you be satisfied? Or would you just state the color will vary on certain cars? Same principle You cannot advertise a color and have it made a completely different color. Sincerely,*** ***

Based on your comment "They use names for colors that have no meaning to me" call and ask if you were unsure. Someone will be reaching out to you from that team, but as far as the information provided and in the system you did receive what you ordered and that is what the I am responding too. The color says Tangelo But as you can see in the pictures of what color they represent online vs the color they sent meThe paper print out picture next to the Hydroflask picture is what they sent me along with my receipt sent meAgain, huge difference in color They use names for colors that have no meaning to me

We looked upt the information from his call with our CS team, he said he ordered a Lava Red flask but the order he placed via our website was for a tangelo color not Lava, it is clearly stated no refunds or excahnges unless it is a defective flask or we sent the incorrect flask but since the flask
match his order that he placed online exactly he intern did receive the flask he orderedAt this point in time I believe the matter to be taken care of
