We learned that recently, our dealer did send technician out to customer's property. Their technician found that, Main power cord was cut off (maybe by a landscaper)GFCI was tripped on the wall plug with Mist pump was plugged in as it did not have proper outdoor coverTechnician checked all equipment and left the property with 100% functionalityTechnicial also took picture of the cut off cord (Clearly not an equipment related issue)Customer seemed fully aware of these scenarios and signed off on the jobCustomer's issues were not caused by MistCooling Inc's equipment but rather by improper conditions at the locationMistcooling Inc will be more than happy to assist customer in future if required
