Hydraulic Attachment International, Inc.

We sent this business $15,000 for a hydraulic attachment. The attachment never arrived and we agreed the money would be refunded. It has not.In December 2015, I spoke to [redacted] of Hydraulic Attachments. He sold me a PB 501 hydraulic driver, that he said he could deliver in two weeks. I wire funded $15,000 to his company. We made a few changes and discussed the unit at length finally agreeing I would instead buy the PB 502 hydraulic driver. I made extensive adaptations to the machine which was to be used with this attachment. Eight weeks later I still had not taken delivery of anything. I spoke to [redacted] again about this and we both agreed it would be better if he just refunded the money because the job it was to be used for was now done and gone. I offered to pay [redacted] and his company for any time or expense they may have incurred with this order, he stated that would not be necessary. I was led to believe there was no problem with the cancellation. I have been patiently waiting for the refund, and have been assured many times by [redacted] that he was going to personally take care of it. He has not, as of the time of this submission.Desired SettlementI would like to have my $15,000 refunded, as was agreed.
