This is in response to Mr [redacted] 's complaint: We provided a service which was completed and paid for by the clientWe feel the client misunderstood what was meant by multiple applications; one application will benefit a lawn in the short term, but in the long run you need to have multiple applications throughout the yearThe result of the fall treatment ,which the client received, benefits the lawn in the springSince the client feels he was misinformed, we did offer a free application in the spring of (which he declined) and if he wanted to continue with Hyde Park Landscaping, he would receive more treatments throughout the year or he could use another company for the remainder of the year and still have the same results We feel this is an acceptable solution to the complaint We do not give refunds for services that are performed and paid for; we consider payment as acceptance of work performed Hyde Park Landscape & Tree Service, Inc

To Whom It May Concern, This customer is complaining about paying the $tax included on the invoice People know that anytime you have service whether it is landscaping, car repairs, or any other service, tax is added to the cost by law To be honest, this work was more than what the customer was billed, he received great service (which he expressed when he phoned our office) at a great cost and his only complaint is the $tax We will not refund the $tax, his verbal quote from the owner of our company was $- $for the service (removal of a Locust tree) which he was billed $for that service The only time tax is not added is when the customer is tax exempt and If this customer is tax exempt, he did not tell us or give us a tax exempt number / form Regards, [redacted]
