Hybrid Media

In December of 2019, I engaged this firm to build a website and as per contract, paid them a $10,000 deposit. We agreed to terms and timelines. After many weeks of inactivity and poor communication, on February 18, 2020, I moved to cancel my agreement with them. Jeremy ***, the owner, accepted my stance and promised to return unspent monies back to me in due course. He asked for some time before he could provide me a statement of my account and return the money. 3 months have passed and still no statement and no return of funds. I have no confidence that he intends to return my money and don't understand why it takes months to finalize the statement of the account. After many emails trying to communicate with him, no resolution. I called him on the phone today to try and talk with him about this and he wouldn't talk to me and wouldn't resolve my concerns. can you help?
