Review: We had our vehicle towed to this garage on 7/**/15 with the understanding that it would be $75.00 for the tow as long as it was brought to their garage to check it out, if it was to be towed elsewhere it would cost $125 . We received a phone call this morning July ** to say they could not find the problem that it would cost us $75 for the tow $80 for labor. We then contacted a mechanic in [redacted]. Hyatt told us it would cost an extra 250 to tow it to [redacted] Which would be a total of $405. We then decided to call our insurance company and to use their towing service and told Hyatts that another company would be coming to get the vehicle My husband went down to pay them for the $75 towing and the $80 labor and they decided to add on $90 more for 15 miles at six dollars a mile for the original $75 tow and my husband had to pay $260.58 . We were never quoted a $75 towing fee plus miles for the original tow!Desired Settlement: We would like to be reimbursed the monies they charged on top of the original tow! Bill should have been 75.00 for the tow $ 80.00 labor =$165.00 we paid $260.58Not our fault they could not find the problem with the vehicle!
