notified at the time of booking. We gracious understood the miscommunication and adjusted the $50 premium off of the rate for each room. Which I explained in the email I sent in which I did not receive a response. The product of the two hotel rooms were used as keys were made and he occupied both rooms. He booked his own rooms through Hyatt.com. We have already compensated $100 off what was booked due to the decrease in occupants of the rooms and are unable to adjust one nights room and tax unless Mr. [redacted] can forward his confirmation email showing that he was misled by Hyatt.com and had not received knowledge in advance of arrival of his hotel daily rate. Below is the communication I have had with Mr. [redacted].
