Review: I called multiple times and spoke with accounting department about a collection of $600 that was paid. Accounting has told me multiple times that they will email or fax me proof. I never received anything. I've been trying to get proof for over a month now at least. The amount paid is still in collections and is effecting my creditDesired Settlement: Proof that the collection was paid.
