Hvac_specialist Air Duct Cleaners

I called this Angie's List '4.9 star? company to clean our air ducts and check our a/c equipment. *** accordingly visited us November 5 and offered to provide immediate air duct cleaning and sanitizing plus routine check-ups, as needed, for three successive years. I paid their Invoice 1563 of 11/05/2019 totaling $875 in full. Returning Nov. 8, he presumably performed as anticipated but neglected to replace my requisite media pad or provide sufficient pads to last at least a year.

***'s promise to secure any pads was unfulfilled and, when we finally spoke on November 22, he said he would bring them 'next week.? My subsequent phone messages went unanswered until his email December 13: '?I'm really sorry for the delay but unfortunately I had to come to Brazil on a family emergency matter'I?ll call you'when I get back'next month'sorry for any inconvenience.'

*** returned in early January, but neither called me nor brought our promised filters. We last spoke January 22 when I was told he had to return to Brazil but would arrange for us to obtain our filters 'soon.? Nothing further was heard until we received his February 10 email advising: '?my tech will drop off the filters Wednesday around 11am'I?m still in Brazil thank you very much'sorry for any inconvenience.'

I immediately replied that I would not be home, but my wife would await 'your colleague with our filters and advice as to placement and use'? Unfortunately his 'tech? never delivered them to my wife, but left these in a carton with a security guard. After I returned home and removed our old filter, which was covered in an accumulation of filth, we attempted to replace it with one of his- only to find this too large and in no way compatible with our polarized electronic pad!

My subsequent email of 2/12/20 advising *** of our rightful quest for a solution providing 'stability and satisfaction? is unanswered. We consider ourselves accordingly scammed out of $875 by this disreputable company.
