Homeowners signed for colors to be purchased from [redacted] color samples theses are special order and it is a requirement to do so to proceed which they did with confirmation and deposits also a discount was giving already to be nice and satisfactions of completions were signed off on there will be no refunds 10% or anything Snow guards were never part of the contract we also had given them the opportunity to purchase them from us will upload all documentation that supports thisall work to be in righting as always in our contracts This has been explained numerous times
