Hutton Construction

On May of 2019 Mr. Hutton began to construct a deck expansion on the property ***.The deck was completed at the end of July with half of the deck being enclosed and roofed. In January of 2020 the roof of the porch began to leak. Mr. Hutton contacted by phone about the problem on the 27th of January and told me that he was going to come out and look at the roof on January 30.2020.How ever he did not call or come and has been unreachable by phone, text, or social media communications.As an licensed contractor in *** North Carolina he was limited to doing contract up to $30,000.00 We were charged 34,000.00 We would like a refund of the $4,000.00 over limit we paid and the cost of the repair done by another company $5250.00
