Unfortunately, she states that this really upset her, so apparently she was upset about something I did not say in the first place. I am sorry that she was mistaken about this. Also, her copay for her contact lens materials was $5.00, not the $78.00 that she stated it was. She probably misunderstood her insurance plan. Actually, her total fee was $75.00. Her copay for her eye exam was $10.00, her copay for her contact lens exam was $60.00, and her copay for the contact lens materials was $5.00. We have successfully taken measures to improve upon our staffing problem and apologize for the delay.
