Mr [redacted] did indeed have an appointment with our company on 12.21.15 that we had to miss and the customer was informed that the reasoning was that our repair truck was delayed to being blocked in at a previous appointment during the wind storm that felled a tree...

across the road.
When I attempted to re-schedule his appointment he was very difficult to talk with as he kept insisting that we monetarily re-imburse him for his lost time while waiting for us.  When I informed him that this was not possible and continued to attempt to confirm a new appointment he became threatening by making statements as such; "you don't know who I am and who I know and I will have your business license pulled and suspended in Olympia."  I cautioned him about being threatening and such and he continued to do so. I then politely ended the call and told him I would not schedule a new appointment until I checked with the owner.
After speaking with our owner he arrainged for us to go back out on the 28th.  Our owner went to the house himself and resolved Mr. [redacted]'s issues.
We at Husky Drywall consider this issue resolved to Mr. [redacted]'s liking.
The reason for our tardy response is I have been out of town on family holiday for the holiday season.  Thank you, Bob P[redacted] office manager.
