I ordered I paid and 3 weeks later I have nothing I have to stop payment on my credit card if its not been too long

I ordered this product online and was charged for it on July 2nd, 2019. The product was never sent. After multiple inquiries by email were ignored, I called my credit card to reverse the charge, but was told they would have to issue a new card. I have all my bills automatically charged to this card, so this meant a huge hassle for me.

The service rep for my credit card provided the phone number associated with the vendor so I could try to resolve it without changing my card. I happened to get the guy on the phone by a fluke, he didn’t realize I was on the line and I listened to him talk about popcorn and movies or something with a friend for several minutes before I was able to get his attention. This was on Sunday, 9/15/19.

I explained to him my dilemma and he assured me that he would rectify the mistake and send the product out ASAP. He asked that I text him my order info, which I did right away. Still the product never came. I followed up via text multiple times, and was either ignored or occasionally responded to with false reassurance.

Finally on 10/26/19 I texted that I was no longer willing to wait for the product and wanted an immediate refund. He responded “ok no problem at all.” But, needless to say, my money was never refunded.

I have provided screenshots of all text communications. I am happy to also forward the emails that I sent (to the email provided by his website, ***) prior to getting hold of him by phone, all of which were completely ignored.
