Complaint[redacted]My mother, who is a senior, ordered a part for her oven from Hurst Appliance Rep. She accurately gave them the model number of the oven. The company called a few months later to say that the part was in. The repair man came to her home and took the oven apart. It was then that he discovered that he had the wrong part. He then made her pay $99 for the labor. I understand that the repair guy needs to get paid, but he should get paid by the company not us. We did not make the mistake and order the wrong part. [redacted]Desired SettlementThis should be a full refund. My mother contracted them to supply the part and install it. They failed 100% to deliver on this contract.

Called Hurst appliance for a repair on my washer. They were able to order the part over the phone by asking for the model number. The part came in within days. Technician came and installed part! Great service and customer service! I will recommend Hurst to all my friends! ","pos-1
