They are the worries home bulilder I have ever meet they don't nothing once they get they money have had.a leak and they want fix it

Problems with the baseboard being water loggedAlso the exuest line going up wall is crooked an needs to be installed properly
Super an warranty manger came to resolve water issues that ended up being the exuest line for drter was clogged an building up condensation which ran down line and created water damage to base boredNow I see the issue with possibly being my problemBut when you are told my hurricans Builder an Warranty MANGER that this issue will be fixed by replacing the few baseboard that are damaged, then that's what's expectedDon't tell me your going to get the problem fixed an later on the phone tell me that is my issue an in no way shape or form will hurricane help this situationIt took them a solid week to even respond back to my email after I called there warranty manger a few times

We have had the absolute worst service with Hurricane buildersThis is the first home we have purchased and it has completely turned us off to purchasing a new home againThere have been several issues from missing screens, poorly installed windows and door frames, and even worse - broken tile in our bathroomWe have had to fight, scream, and yell to get them to even comply with their own one year warrantyThey have even scheduled visits to come and fix items and never showed upWorse, they would show unannounced and demand that we bend our schedule to suit their needsMy husband and I have had to leave work in the middle of the day at a moments notice in order to have anything done
Recently, after a long and horrible argument with a seriously horrid office manager we were finally granted to have our entire bathroom floor replacedThey had repaired it times (after a lot of insistance and phone calls on our parts) and we demanded the whole floor be replacedThe day after the repair we already have a cracked tile and SEVERAL smudges on the walls from the workers being carelessThe toilet room is covered in brown smudgesIt is seriously disgusting and we are forced to repaint at our own expenses
I hate this company
I hate the people who work for it
I hate that I have to argue to have anything done
NEVER BUY A NEW HOME FROM HURRICANE BUILDERS

House I purchased did not have all standard features advertised and builders did not finish repairs in the contract
I closed my home purchase from hurricane builders on 11/28/There were several issues with the house I was not happy withAn addendum to the contract was made and hurricane was supposed to fix a post on the front porch that was damaged and finish touch up painting within daysI have contacted them several times via phone and not heard backI also have an issue with the builders not including standard features that were supposed to come with the houseThe garage was supposed to be finished, a decorative mail box installed, and energy efficient CFL bulbs used throughout the homeNone of these were doneThe house was also supposed to be pressure washed per their agent ***The builders also did damage to my home while I was closingThere is a dent in the aluminum by the garage door
