We do staff the carwash but if the weather is bad the staff leave, they also don't work in the evenings. Staff may also leave to get supplies from time to time. The phone number is a working number with an answering machine attached. Though,if...

someone is paying using credit card it will ring busy because the lines are in use for the transactions. Customer can stop by the carwash the next time she is in Rogersville or contact the corporate office at [redacted] and we will gladly take care of her. Great customer service is our #1 goal. I regret she had a bad experience. We recently upgraded with new equipment so that our customers had the best carwash opportunity.

I called the company on the number given in this response 1/27/17 and they said they would sent out a check for the $5. If I receive the check then I will be satisfied with the response.
