He showed me how to change the air filter, and how to set up the programmable thermostat. Overall this was a rewarding and positive experience.

Had annual maintenance on an older oil furnace. First time using Hurley and David, and I was pleased. Tech arrived right on time and was friendly but not overly so. Set right to work and found some issues. Showed me the parts explained the problem and without a hard sell offered to handle it or leave it to me. Called office who put together a quote and I went with it. Wasn't cheap but what is nowadays. I'd use them again and may sign up for their membership program.

waited two weeks for service, mean while 18 gallons a day of water leaking on basement floor.
When service technician and helper arrived the situation was rectified in a proficient manner.
Office staff need better listening skills to evaluate situations when customers call in problems.

I called H&D for a tune / cleaning for my two 3 yr old mini-splits. Julio responded and, besides doing an excellent job, gave me fantastic advice on the preventive care and use of the units. He told and showed me more than the installers did (different company). He was very professional and explained everything he did. I will definitely be using H & D in the future and I highly recommend them.

I had 4 mini splits installed 2 years ago by a DIFFERENT company. The installer made some errors and was difficult to deal with in many areas of customer service and office operations. I researched H&D and decided to make contact with them. What a difference! If I might describe the experience as a total 180, so be it. They, unlike my original installer cared about a potential health issue with debris and water falling on me in my recliner and my floor. The original installer set an appointment for 2 weeks and then changed to a week later. H&D after hearing the same complaint was at my home 17 hours after my call. Excellent, professional, and HONEST. Even repaired, at no extra cost, the error that might have caused the problem with my unit. I can't say enough about how they do business, but they have mine for any future service or maintenance.
