For a couple of years there has been problems with reoccurring roaches even after several treatments. The living room plug in caught on fire at one point and periodically the plugs in the living room and second bedroom will stop working. The breaker has to keep getting flicked when the issue occurs. Before fully moving in pointed out a dark spot that has been painted over looks like covering mold. Around window seals looks like mold has been painted over and keeps reproducing mold after cleaning. There may be major humidity in apartment due to a drink being left out over night having a film at the top. Just recently heard a living creature within the ceiling of a second floor apartment.
