I had a contract with *** shipping to move my white 2017 Honda Accord from *** While moving my 2017 white Honda Accord, in a Penske trailer, the mover damaged my vehicle. I have attached before and after photos. I have a witness at pickup with dated photo evidence that my car was not damaged, and a witness at delivery with dated photo evidence that my car was damaged. This was in addition to the pickup and delivery dates being later then the contracted date ranges, constituting effectively a breach of contract.

*** acknowledged the damage to my vehicle while in his company's care and promised to have an insurance claim number by August 14. It has been two weeks and I have not heard from him, despite dozens of calls, texts, and emails. The damaged and *** subsequent inaction have necessitated a car rental and increasing expenses.

The Penske trailer hitch had license *** and the Penske trailer itself had license ***. The driver was named *** and his number ***' number is ***.

I will be moving shortly and will need my vehicle in a functioning condition.
