I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The person I spoke to is only attempting to continue to patronize me. I am asking for a refund or the establishment to let me go to another place to get what I paid for. If this a warranty, I'm hoping to get what initially paid to get. I no longer trust Hunters Auto Service to work on my vehicle and the owner has already said he doesn't want my business.

Revdex.com spoke to Jeff at business and the following was relayed: This is the first I am hearing about the catalytic converter issue and the work was done in December. When she brought the car in for repair the customer was shown that the previous repair to the catalytic converter had been weld and cut...
poorly. As far as the hub cap, there were no tires removed for any of the work done and did not go missing here. As far as the catalytic converter, she needs to bring it to me to inspect along with information from the dealership. If I made a mistake I will take care of the problem, the catalytic converter is under warranty. If it was improperly installed or not working properly it will be replaced under warranty but it needs to be brought back here or the warranty is void.
Revdex.com spoke to Jeff at business and the following was relayed: There is a lifetime warranty on the pads that is provided by [redacted]. The customer called yesterday and this was explained to him. The 12/12 warranty is for any mechanical parts. Brakes are a wearable item, and not covered under any...
lifetime warranty. I did offer to take care of the labor and parts this one time but would have to change the wording on the slip to clarify the warranty. If the customer is willing to bring in the vehicle, I will replace the pads and take care of the labor and parts this time.
