I moved in to my apartment in May of 2012. When looking at the apartment it was full of dirty dishes and clothes from the previous tenant who had just vacated the apartment and stopped paying the rent. Shortly after I moved in I had the maintenance people in and out finishing work that had not been done prior though they had over a months notice of my move in. Upon move in I noticed the fridge was full of mold and there were cockroaches throughout the building although they did have someone come and spray. That did not last long and they returned shortly. I have also had the problem of the water pressure being horrible and there is quite often very little hot water. All of the faucets leak and drip constantly. I asked for several things to be fixed after I moved in and none of them have been. It took 3 months to get them to fix my fridge that was leaking all over the foor and making my food spoil. I also lose power anytime I have the microwave in use as well as something else. I have to call them to fix it and it often takes hours or days to get it turned back on. The manager is extremly rude and is not willing to talk to you in order to get anything resolved. I suggest taking your money elsewhere. I have known several people that payed the buyout fee in order to move out early because they could not stand to live in their apartments anymore.
