determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Again, this is not an acceptable response. The rooms were NOT clean. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO CLEAN! The rooms smelled terribly. It was inhabitable and unsanitary. Borderline illegal. They advertised a sauna, which there wasn't. If they believe the facilities (pool, gym, tennis court) were acceptable, it was not acceptable to my wife and I - the customers. Please read the social media reviews on [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] that prove my statement. We did not even stay on the premise for an hour and left. Even after driving 3 hours to enjoy our weekend, we had to leave because the facility was way below any standards and not as advertised. Any reputable company would give us back the money. This place is a scam, and a fraud. The operators should be arrested. Even their responses so no respect for the Revdex.com or the customer.
