My granddaughter had a flat tire on her car. No spare, no jack, so after being without it for a day and a half I was going to help her. I got everything I needed to change her tire, so we could take it back to town, have a tire put on, go back to the car, put the tire on and she would be set for a while. Well, I couldn't get the tire off the car. So we called a couple of places and no one had road service and Anytime Towing was recommended. I called and talked to [redacted]. He said he would come get the car, it would be about an hour. He was there in just under an hour. Got the car, back to his shop, and proceeded to change the tire. He brought in a lug nut from the car, the last "mechanic" had put on that was cross threaded. I could tell from my former experience as a mechanic myself, from the sound of the air gun, the other lug nuts were tight as well. They replaced the tire and I asked them to also replace the front drivers side. It too, we found had wire showing on the inside of the tire. So it would have been the same situation in just a matter of days. I have never dealt with a company so courteous and respectful as Anytime Towing. All the companies of my past experiences have tried to take advantage of me, price gouge, BS me, treat me like I was dumb, all because I am a woman. [redacted] was straight up with me, told me up front what the issues were, what he recommended and was more than fair on the prices. If I ever, ever need service again, his company will be the one I call for service. His Towing fee was more than fair because of the distance he had to travel to pick up the car. I am so grateful and feel very fortunate to have been lucky enough to have done business with Anytime Towing today. [redacted] and [redacted] are very kind and professional men. They were wonderful to myself and my Granddaughter. Thank you for being the awesome business you are and for taking such good care of us today.
