Run. Run away now and dont look back. We started looking for a refinance in early May through [redacted] and HFG was one of the first to respond so we started working with them. At first it all seemed to go well. The first person I started talking to was Mike Michne and he seemed nice enough. But then we got handed off to the next stage and from that point it went down hill. Communication was horrible. The loan processor would ask a question or inquire about a document, We would respond right away and it would be 24-48 hours before we would get a response. Then after a few days the processor would ask the same question again, and again she would have to check with the underwriter and again it would be another 24-48 before we would hear something.
We eventually got the deal done after 3 months. If your in any kind of hurry don't use HFG in my opinion.

Hunter Financial, LLC, Continue to access Past Due Amounts to my Acct. 4371. Each Month I Call, I am told the Late fee will be removed, only to have it appear the next Billing Cycle.
