Hunt Insurance Agency has been working on this issue with Allstate Corporate since Ms [redacted] brought this to the agency's attentionThe issue has been resolved with the following resolution from Allstate Corporate and [redacted] has been advised of the resolution: “After a thorough review of the Drivewise device damage reimbursement request for Ms [redacted] , as well as the documentation provided, the request has been approvedThe reimbursement of $is being processed on 12/30/15, and a reimbursement check will be issued on 12/31/Ms [redacted] should expect to receive the check in 7-business days from 12/31/Please note that since reimbursement was paid due to device damage, the Honda Accord is no longer eligible to participate in the Drivewise program.”
