To whom it may concern:This is a response to the complaint of the customer ***. 1. The business doesn't issue any invoices or receipts since 2015 it was established.=The company was established in 2016. Customer purchased product in September 11,2019. The customer was provided a copy of Purchase Order and receipt. We mailed another copy of receipt through certified mail. 2. There were issues about her overcharging the commodity and shipping charges. =The product presentation, prices and shipping cost was discussed by my consultant. Customer understand , signed and agreed to purchase the product. Customer was not obligated or forced to buy anything unless they want the product. 3. Issues also about tax fraud/evasion in the past years maybe until now. =The customer's complaint about this is irrelevant. No further comment. Attached are copies of receipts , purchase order and certified mail receipt.
