customer ordered online , order was charged twice on her credit card by our credit card manager by accident once we found it was charged twice we called our credit card processor to remove second charge and to credit her card .I've called *** back and told her what we found and what happened and

I orded a barbecue chicken pizzaI received marinara sauce on the pizzaSo I called and spoke to the manager JohnHe offered to send out a new PizzaI tried to confirm the kind pizza with John and he cut me off and said he knew what was supposed to be on itI received the new pizza wrong and undercookedThe delivery man asked for the original pizza back.I guess to prove that I wasn't lyingWhich I think is really rude to do to your customersWhen I called back and spoke to John again he was very condescending and rudeI asked for a refund for my pizza he refused and said his system is not capable of doing thatI asked to call corporate And the number he gave me did not go to the corporate officeSo I had to look up the number of myselfI left them a message but I am asking for my full refund of $
