We had lunch with a group of friends at the Seffner FL location of Hungry Harry's on Jan 19, and experience poor service Due to the poor service, we specifically left no tip on our credit card slip and our total bill as reflected on our copy was $ When we received our bill in Feb 2016, we noticed the restaurant added a tip to make our total bill $ We contacted the restaurant directly on Feb 16, and the manager (Jen) promised to credit back the unauthorized charge On Feb 18, the restaurant catering manager left a message stating that a $tip was on their signed copy of the charge slip We believe that tip was fraudulently added to our charge slip after the fact and request the restaurant credit back our account
