Humphreys, Marchant, Humphreys and Cooper, O.D.

I was seen by my doctor and mentioned I wanted contact lenses. I was speaking with the tech who stated I had to pay for the fitting and instruction portion which I was ok with. I then scheduled an appointment to see if I wanted to continue to use contacts. I did not like the contact lenses so I cancelled the appointment and all further purchase of the lenses. The lenses were charged to my insurance after I specifically stated I did not want them. Since family eye care charged my insurance I have to pay out of pocket to get new glasses, it seems family eye care is refusing to refund money to my insurance provider, leaving me stuck with old beat up glasses. My insurance provider has been notified and is doing what they can from there stand point. Every time I make contact with family eye care I get the run around on what is going on. Or I am blatantly lied too by every person I speak with.
