Review: I accidentally completed an upgrade to my service called A-list. I was then charged 59$ for a six month subscription, even though it was advertised as 9.95/month it charged me all at the same time, not on a monthly billing cycle at that specified rate. I felt the advertising of the service was misleading, and would have never completed a transaction if the process had been more transparent. In addition I do not want the service and even gave it a shot - took the time to explore the product after the purchase went thru, and found it to be unsatisfactory. Upon realizing the charged had been purchased I search the site to request a refund. No accurate phone number for the company exists online, so I used the online form to request my refund. It is unacceptable to not provide a transparent clear way to resolve accidental or unsatisfactory purchases. Please investigate the companies policies, customer service(lack there of), and misleading product advertising platform.Desired Settlement: I would like my account to be fully refunded and the charge reversed immediately.
