not carry a contract and normally do not qualify for follow up serviceunless it's within a couple of days after the initial service, if the customer has not seen significant results with their issue. Mrs *** called our offices approxweeks after her service to say that the wasps were backThere is no way of eliminating flyinginsectsThat is why they are not covered under our standard service contractWe stand behind our service , and had it beenwithin a couple of days after the initial service was rendered, we certainly would have come back out at no charge.In good faith I will refund her money, but for future reference please keep in mind ,our representatives inform customers ofthis when they purchase it , as she was also informed of the $off coupon.I am certain our technician extended the service to her as a courtesy, but there is a limit to everything.Sincerely, *** ***I apologize that there was a misunderstanding regarding the time frame allotted for a follow up
